Welcome to SourceRank (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at sourcerank.app (together or individually “Service”) operated by Normal People Solutions, LLC.

SourceRank provides AI Engine Optimization (AEO) services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain monitoring and analysis
  • Technical SEO scanning and reporting
  • AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI engines
  • Sentiment analysis of AI-generated mentions
  • Performance analytics and insights
  • Email notifications and alerts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
  • You will maintain and promptly update your account information
  • You will not share your account credentials with others
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

SourceRank offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Billing begins immediately upon subscription activation.

5.3 Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You must promptly update all information to keep your payment details current and complete. We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle payments securely.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

5.6 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial subscription. After this period, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

5.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Normal People Solutions, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service will be deemed non-confidential. We may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

7. Data and Analytics

We collect and analyze data about how AI engines mention and reference domains. This data is aggregated from publicly available AI engine responses and may be used to:

  • Provide you with insights and analytics
  • Improve our Service and develop new features
  • Generate industry benchmarks and trends (in anonymized form)

We do not claim ownership of domains you monitor, but we may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from the Service for business purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations, including:

  • AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Authentication providers (Google OAuth)
  • Cloud service providers (AWS)

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NORMAL PEOPLE SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Normal People Solutions, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your Content or any content submitted through your account

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

  • Updating the “Last Updated” date
  • Sending an email notification to your registered email address

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
